Ti nagyon el vagytok tévedve.... Bizonyára sokkal jobb az 1 db FW (hivatalos, ami fenn van a honlapon) félévente.

Fogalmam sincs. Annyit már nem fog dobni sebességben, de hibajavítások lehetnek és lesznek is majd hozzá.

Most töltöm éppen le az 5.11-es verziójú drivert XP alá, mert a régebbi elég furcsa dolgokat produkált játékban. (Radeon9600-as kártyám van.)
A hivatalos oldal viszont azt írja, hogy javasolt a Service Pack 2-nek telepítve lennie a driver használatához.
Nekem viszont nincsen telepítve, mert anno sokan szidták, így nem raktam fel, azóta meg nem foglalkoztam vele, mert nem hiányzott.
Probléma, hogy SP1-re telepítem az 5.11-et?
A hivatalos oldal viszont azt írja, hogy javasolt a Service Pack 2-nek telepítve lennie a driver használatához.
Nekem viszont nincsen telepítve, mert anno sokan szidták, így nem raktam fel, azóta meg nem foglalkoztam vele, mert nem hiányzott.
Probléma, hogy SP1-re telepítem az 5.11-et?

Megjelent az ATI videokártyák legújabb drivere, a Catalyst 5.11-es verziószámmal, amely a változások listája alapján négyszeres élsimítás mellett Radeon X1800-as kártyával Quake 4-ben 60%-os, Doom 3-ban pedig 38%-os teljesítménynövekedést eredményez. Ezen kívül Far Cry, F.E.A.R. és még csomó más játék tulajdonosai is gyorsulást érzékelhetnek majd.

Remélem, nem lesz probléma vele! 
Nem is frissíteném most, ha az 5.5-el (ezt is valami játék miatt kellett feltennem a 4.xx helyére) nem dobálna ki desktop-ra állandóan játékból. Meg fura textúrahibák is voltak.
Mert egyébként nem frissítek drivert. Minek? Új játékokat 1-2 éve nem próbálok (a gépem sem bírná).

Beszéltem egy playerrel, akinek hasonló VGA-ja van (neki 9200), és a Catalyst 4.1-et használja. Neki azzal nem jelentkezik a probléma.

De valamit jó csináltak, mert a Call of Duty 2 is gyorsabban megy.

Miért ekkora nagy driver letöltési fájla mert ha jól emlékszem az ati oldalán még 36 mb nagyobb nem volt.

Feltettem az 5.11-et, meg utána az 5.11b-t is, mind2-nél FarCry alatt néha 1 percre megfagy a játék, elsötétül a monitor és van, hogy úgy is marad...
Eddig 5.10 volt fent és nem volt ilyen.
Nem tudom rontani miért kellett rajta...
