there're is not used widely, there are is way more common. You may check this with Google: Results 1 - 10 of about 170,000 for "there're" (but many results are actually there re:) and Results 1 - 10 of about 28,200,000 for "there are".

But I'm not sure about:
1) I'm thinking of start learning Italian, or
2) I'm thinking of start to learn Italian.

I'd say in this particular case "thinking of" was indeed not correct. Or that I have the feeling that it's not.
I'd probably use the "thinking about" form instead.

Maybe so, but that form came naturally, although it does not mean it's correct or if it's stylistically right. In any case, thanks for pointing it out.
