I checked up the difference between your practice and my practise.
Practise is British English, and practice is American English.
Like tyre BrE, and tire AmE.

I would say it so. I didn't hear or read using "this many" by anyone.

You should also use apostrophes or writing down the whole verb.
"whats" is not correct. Use "what's" or "what is".
