It's no that simple. Maybe that example sentence of mine could be translated this way (or what you've translated is also formulated this way, that is), but there are other sentences that are not so easy to interpret as you've done with that. Take these for example (also from the same Simpsons episode, written down as I remember them to be said):
"Please order! Miss Dench will be furious, she'll pay us she will."
"He claimed he was me father he did." (The genitive is also used strangely)
Well, maybe it's just something isolated, not commonly used, but still.
