Well, I guess you shouldn't say you're crazy about her, not with these words at least. Tell her you really like her, and not just as a friend. Or that she's way pretty and you have got a thing for her. Then you ask her "Would you like to come have a coffee / go to this cool new place with me?" Something like that.
That would be my humble advice. But then again, who knows... Maybe you start out telling her you're crazy about her, and she'll like that. The chances are low, though, I think. Girls don't really like rabid fans and all, you know. Be the man.    Peace.

All right, thank you for your advice. Anyway I am going to try the lighter version of this one. But I `m telling the true, I am really crazy about her and she is the most beautiful girl I `ve ever seen. I won `t worry about the language problems (she is a british girl, and my english is a crap), and i wont worry about the age difference and any other things like that. By the way I `m going to tell her. Unfortunatelly I can see her rare just only one time or two times a week.

If I were in London for an extended period I wouldn't waste my time on english girls, they are really not that beautiful and more often than not very snooty. I would go for a more "exotic" selection of gals from the huge multicultural pool that is London. But I guess that's just me. And 18 is still too young if you want something serious.
